Where does a project start?

With an AI audit. We interview the people doing the work, follow real jobs from start to finish, check the systems and licences you pay for, and pull the volumes from your systems. You get a written plan with a £ figure on every fix, and you can act on it with us or without us.

How do you price your work?

Every build has a fixed price, set against what the audit shows it's worth to you. It should pay for itself within its first year, and you see the numbers before you agree to anything. If the scope changes, we price the change in writing before we build it.

How will we know it's working?

The audit records how long each task takes today. Once a build is live, we measure it against those figures, and your monthly report shows what it's saving.

Will it work with the systems we already use?

Yes. We work with your accounts package, email, CRM and job systems rather than replacing them. If something you already pay for can do the job, we switch it on instead of building something new. Where a tool can't do what you need, we write custom code.

Is our client data safe?

We use business versions of AI tools that don't learn from your data, and nothing confidential goes into a public AI tool. Only the people working on your project get access, and it's removed when the work is done. For accountants and law firms, we follow ICAEW and SRA guidance on client confidentiality, and we're happy to work through your security and supplier questionnaires.

Will AI replace our staff or make decisions without us?

No. It takes the repetitive work off your team, and anything that matters, such as a payment, a price or a decision about a person, is approved by one of your people. For many firms, the saving shows up as a hire they no longer need to make.
