Three sizes of audit

Each audit has a fixed price and a fixed end date, agreed before we start. Part or all of the fee comes off your first build if you go ahead within 60 days.
How it works
- Data request. Before we start, we ask for a few volumes and reports from your systems, so the numbers come from your data, not from memory.
- Interviews. We talk to the people doing the work, from the MD to the front line, and follow real jobs from start to finish.
- Staff survey. A short anonymous survey shows how people use AI today, including personal accounts.
- Mid-point update. Halfway through, we share what we've found so far, so nothing in the report is a surprise.
- The report. We take you through the plan, the numbers behind it and the options, then leave you with the written copy.
What we need from you
- Some time with the MD across the audit, and a 30 to 45-minute interview with each person in scope
- Someone who can pull a few reports from your systems
- Access to the systems we're reviewing, for the length of the audit only
Questions
- We say up front that we also build, and the report always includes what you can do without us, including switching on features you already pay for. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet", and the report will say so.
- You keep the plan and the numbers. Everything in it is yours to act on, with us, another supplier or your own team.
- Each audit has a fixed price based on its size and the areas it covers. You'll know it before we start.
