The Challenge & Constraints

Fleet electrification is unforgiving UX: depot downtime costs thousands per minute, power is constrained, and depot floor operators need immediate clarity on vehicle readiness, charger faults, and power schedules without deciphering complex tables.

Engineering Solution

Architected the SiteOps operational window and real-time vehicle monitoring displays. Implemented custom geographic map layers, resilient micro-frontend boundaries, shared component libraries in Figma & React, and automated in-house accessibility audit tooling.
