What you will do
- Make warm introductions to UK owners who are losing time, calls or leads, and bring them to a first call with Harry.
- Qualify each introduction against Hashton's size and fit rules before it reaches a founder call.
- Take qualified conversations through to a signed proposal, with Harry owning scope, pricing and delivery.
- Keep a short, honest pipeline: who you spoke to, what they need and the next step.
- Stay close through kick-off and first invoice, so the client's first experience matches what you promised.
Must-haves
- A network across UK SMEs or professional services, and introductions that have turned into signed work before.
- You have closed B2B service deals yourself, ideally in software, automation or consulting.
- You can explain what Hashton does in two sentences, without hype.
- Happy to work on commission, agreed in writing before your first introduction.
- Available in UK business hours, when owners actually pick up the phone.
Nice-to-haves
- Introductions into Nottingham, the East Midlands, or remote-first UK firms.
- Depth in one sector, such as professional services, trades, healthcare or property.
- A calm, consistent pipeline habit. No spray and pray.
